When it comes to yoga, Bikram yoga is one of the most intimidating poses. Interestingly, it is a type of several combined yoga that needs to be performed in a particular environment.  Here is some of the interesting and easy to do Bikram yoga poses for the beginners to try.

  • The standing poses The best thing about Bikram yoga is that all of the yoga poses circle around few of the main poses. So, the beginners will have ample of time to master it. The first is the standing deep breathing pose which is done to warm up body for the further yoga pose. Here, you need to bring your hands to the prayer pose and involve deep breathing. The standing pose also involves the half moon pose as well as the hands on feet posture that follows the warm up session.
  • The seated poses After the standing pose, the beginners need to perform some of the seated yoga pose.  In fact, the seated pose is the large part of the Bikram yoga session. Blowing in Firm is the easiest seated Bikram yoga pose. In this pose, you need to kneel on the mat and then draw your abdomen, thereby exhaling as if blowing through straw. In the spine twisting pose, you need to bring in your right foot towards your left hip in a somewhat twisted position.  The final seated pose will be the Toe stand. This is a bit challenging when compared to the other seated poses.
  • The prone poses While you are in a lying down position, the instructor will help you perform some of the prone poses.  One of the easiest and simplest yoga poses in the Full Locust pose. The next prone pose is the cobra pose. This is another Bikram yoga pose suitable for beginners. Once, you are able to try all these poses, you can easily perform the several other bikram yoga pose.

With that being said, these are the most important bikram yoga poses for beginners that form the foundation of the other poses.  In order to master the other poses, you need to master these poses.
