Excess of anything can be dangerous for person same goes with the Exercises. Although exercising is a great way to maintain a proper or desire weight, excessive exercising nay not be advisable or healthy for losing weight. The body needs enough calories to function properly.
Exercising too much is also an effort to burn calories and lose weight (also known as compulsive exercise) can lead to a eating disorder. If you ever get the feeling that your exercise outcomes are not in your control then recommended to talk with your doctor, a parent or another adult you trust.
Over training among high school athletes need to watch out for. If we participate in one sport, experts suggest limiting our activity to a maximum for 5 days a week, with at least 2–3 months off per year. We still can extend our pattern with cross-training in a different sport (such as swimming, biking or football).
Competing in more than one activity or sport can help athletes use different skills and avoid accidental injury. Also exercise in pain to be avoided and if you have an injury give enough time to heal.
Considering the benefits to the heart, muscles, joints and mind, so it is wise to perform exercises & the great thing about exercise is that it's never too late to start. Even small steps and movements can make you to start exercises like taking a short bike ride, walking the dog or raking leaves.
