Origin of YOGA and the right way to practice Yoga. 

Generally, it is accepted as an ancient system of principles, philosophies & practices derived from the ancient Vedic customs of India, more than 2000 years ago of a system which recognize the multipurpose nature of the humans and basically relates to the nature and workings of the mind, based on observed practices and self-enquiry.

While performing Yoga, the body, breath (air) and mind are considered as a union of these multi-dimensional features of each and every human being. The various techniques & system of Yoga cultivate the experience of those union, results to deep integration of being, internal peacefulness, and clarity of the thoughts (mind). It is a system that is designed to cultivate happiness & health with a greater sense of higher consciousness and self awareness.

Yoga cultivates wellbeing of healthiness through the regular practices of different range techniques, including asanas (postures) and movement; breathe awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration & Meditation.

Yoga is a move toward life that values appropriate effort, based on balance and harmony, within each person and with each other.
