Vegetarian Diet:

 Early morning  

 Breakfast

 One bowl sprouts. 

 

 One vegetable sandwich with half glass milk or one glass fruit juice.

 Brunch

 One bowl raw vegetable salad.

 Lunch

 2 whole grain chapattis, one lightly fried green sabzi in olive oil preferably, one katori curd. And some salad.

 Evening Meal

 Freshly prepared fruit juice (one glass).

 Dinner

 2 chapattis, one katori dal, one mixed veg sabzi.

 Non-vegetarian Diet:

Early morning Breakfast3 boiled eggs.One chicken sandwich with yoghurt and half glass fruit juice.BrunchOne bowl Russian salad with egg whites.LunchShredded chicken with light gravy and 2 chapatti. One katori curd. And half bowl salad.Evening MealOne glass fruit juice.DinnerBoiled chicken breast with curd, or fish or chicken pasta.

The best and worst foods for your Kidney Problems Diet Chart:

The best foods are – eggs, fish, olive oil, fruits, and green vegetables.

The worst ones are –fried foods, spicy foods, fatty foods, etc.

 

Kidney problems in patients are more effective when the diet followed by the person is not a controlled one. This leads to improper filtration and eventually, to an infection. People suffering from such problems have to strictly avoid spicy foods which will only make it harder to digest. Moreover, filtering problems of the urine will lead to an uncomfortable discharge of urine later. Following the above-mentioned diet can help.
