Denocrine or Danazol is an antigonadotropin that is used for treating hormone-related disorder. The hormone related breast-enlargement in men is effectively cured. Now, it is widely used by body builders to get rid of all possible feminisation resulting from aromatizing the steroids. Denocrine has slightly androgenic effect but it has no anabolic effect. It is the derivative of steroid ethisterone that restricts the production of gonadotrophins. Being approved by the Food and Drug administration, Denocrine is used to treat endometriosis. But then, it is used for the amazing masculinising effect that the athletes gain.

How to use

  • Patients having endometriosis must avoid Denocrin
  • It can increase the risk of liver tumour and so small dosages are recommended
  • Denocrin must be avoided during pregnancy for it may harm the foetus.
  • Women on Denocrin, should take up contraceptive therapy to avoid being pregnant
  • People with liver diseases should not use it.

Steroids must be taken under doctor prescription.
