  • Lunch routine: Lunch is focused on a light meal that can be a salad, a sandwich or fruits. The lunch meals are usually divided into two light meals one comprising of these mentioned in the previous statement and the other might again comprise of fruits, or some chicken for protein intake.
  • Evening snacks: This might be comprising of fruits before the workout. Some might also take up supplements pre and post-workout routines.
  • Dinner:  Dinner is kept with meals that can be conveniently digested. But, they also make sure that nutrition is properly provided to the body. So, vegetables, meat, and bread etc. are consumed in it.

So, the usual diet of a personal trainer is mostly filled with nutritious fruits and protein. However, they do enjoy other meals every now and then as the replenishment of the body with carbs and fats is also essential.
