Ingredients:

  • Thinly, sliced avocado: 3/4th cup
  • Thinly sliced tomatoes: 3/4th cup
  • Boiled pasta: 1 ½ cups
  • Mozzarella cheese (thinly sliced): 3/4th cup
  • Chopped walnuts: 2 tablespoon
  • To prepare the dressing:
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard powder: 1/4th teaspoon
  • Finely chopped, fresh basil: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1/4th teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  • Take a big sized bowl. Mix avocado, boiled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, walnuts.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, mustard powder, fresh basil, salt, sugar and toss well.
  • Combine the salad bowl ingredients with the dressing. Refrigerate and serve.
