One egg white
One fourth cup chopped tomato
Half cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
one tablespoon chopped shallot
Three tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
One slice whole-grain bread, toasted
Whisk together egg and egg white. In a skillet mist over with cooking spray, cook tomato, artichoke, and shallot for two minutes over medium heat. Cut heat to low, and add eggs. Cover, and cook 3 minutes, pending eggs are firm. Top with feta. Serve with toast.
Eating whole grains may decrease swelling, which is associated with reduced belly fat.
