Tofu Salad

  • One tablespoon soy sauce
  • One tablespoon almond butter
  • One and eight tablespoon minced garlic
  • Four of tofu, extra firm, thinly sliced
  • One cup snow peas, slivered
  • Half tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Two Scandinavian crisp bread crackers
