Ingredients:

  • Torn iceberg lettuce: 1 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved): ½ cup
  • Cucumber cubes: ½ cup
  • Green olives: 5
  • Black olives: 5
  • Finely chopped mint leaves: ½ cup
  • To be mixed to prepare the dressing:
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
  • Baharat: ½ teaspoon
  • Sumac powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  • Combine the ingredients iceberg lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, cucumber cubes, green and black olives, mint leaves in the bowl.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing baharat, lemon juice, pomegranate powder and salt to taste
  • Mix the salad materials and the dressing. Refrigerate and serve.
