Teriyaki Beef with Veggies

  • Three of grass-fed beef tenderloin, cubed
  • Two tablespoon reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • One tablespoon light honey-mustard dressing
  • Two tablespoon olive oil
  • One fourth cup sliced carrots
  • Half cup chopped broccoli
  • one fourth cup sliced water chestnuts
  • one fourth cup sliced peppers
  • Half cup cooked brown rice

Soak beef in teriyaki and covering for 30 minutes. Warmth olive oil in a pan, and cook beef one to two minutes. Add veggies, and cook for another five to seven minutes until beef is browned. Serve over rice.
