Stuffed Mushrooms (4 servings):


  • Butter: 2 tsp.
  • Chopped onions: ¼ cup
  • Green chillies: 1 tsp.
  • Mixed vegetables: ½ cup
  • Garam masala: 1 tsp.
  • Paneer (grated): 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves: ½ cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice ½ tsp.
  • Mushrooms: 20 large-sized

Method of preparation:

For stuffing:

  • Take a pan and heat some butter in it. Then add garlic and onions and sauté them on medium flame till onions turn transparent.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and green chillies, mix well on medium flame for a few minutes.
  • Add paneer, garam masala, salt, coriander. Mix well and then cook on slow flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice to it.
  • Now make sure you divide these stuffing into 20 equal parts.

For the mushroom:

  • Stuff the mushrooms with the stuffing.
  • After that, grease the pan with butter and place the stuffed mushrooms in it.
  • Cover it and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
