Simple Sesame Chicken

  • One large egg
  • Two tablespoons cornstarch
  • Two chicken breasts, chunked
  • One or two tablespoons sesame oil
  • One fourth cup dark brown sugar
  • Four tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Two tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • Two garlic cloves, minced
  • Two cups brown or white rice, cooked

Directions:

In a medium-size mixing boule, whisk together the egg and cornstarch. Add in the chicken breasts, and stir to evenly coat.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add in the covered chicken, and cook until it is flippantly fried and cooked finished.
