Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients:

  • Half cup chopped cucumber.
  • One or three cup chopped ji cama.
  • One or three cup chopped mango.
  • One tablespoon chopped onion.
  • One fourth cup sliced avocado.
  • One tomato, (sliced).
  • One cup cooked shrimp.
  • One fourth cup lemon juice.
  • One tablespoon red pepper.

Method:

  1. Toss calm, and gear with flop juice.
  2. Avocado's monounsaturated (mufa) flabs may play a role in warding off belly fat.
