Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado, (Thinly sliced).
  • twoof smoked salmon, thinly sliced.
  • one fourthcup cooked rice noodles.
  • one fourthpapaya, thinly sliced.
  • onetablespoon chopped scallions.
  • two sheets nori seaweed.
  • one lime wedge.

Method:

  1. Amateurcontents on noni sheets, and reel up sushi-style. 
  2. Cut and season with lime juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. The omega-3 flabs in salmon flow the creation of a compound that up keep shurt lock ups and eases regulator soreness.
  4. Serve in plate with some sauce.
