  • Veggie burger:Keep it simple here, as burgers can add a lot of junk items too, leading to increase in calories. This is preferable for those who would love buns instead of breads. Plus you add other ingredients which are well suited for burgers than for sandwiches. Add mono-saturated mayonnaise to it which will ensure flavor with easily digestible fats.
  • Veggie wraps:This can be made in a quick way with ingredients such as tuna, yoghurt or a similar low fat cream. Add some green veggies such as lettuce and celeries to it and your lunch is ready. You can also use lemon-squeeze to it to give it a tangy taste that will offer better digestion.
  • Burritos:These can be prepared in a similar fashion as wraps. The only difference is that they add a Mexican touch to it. These are really easy and quick to prepare saving you a lot of time. Add beans and mashed potato mixture to it so that you can stick to a veggie diet, instead of adding meat.
