Pineapple Halwa

Ingredients: 

  • Pineapple – 1 nos
  • Ghee – 3-4tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Cardammom (powdered) – 2 nos
  • Cashewnets – as required

Method: 

  • Chop the pineapple and grind them into paste and keep aside.
  • Heat a kadai,  add grinded pineapple paste auté and cook .
  • Then add milk and boil,stir well  till it becomes thick
  • Add sugar and keep stirring in a medium heat
  • Finally add ghee, cardamom powder  and cashewnets
  • Sweet and hot halwa is ready.
