Paneer Bread Rolls


  • 8 to 10 slices of bread.
  • 250 grams of paneer.
  • 1 chopped green chilly.
  • Half tbsp of minced ginger.
  • 1 tbsp of parsley leaves
  • One fourth tbsp of red chili powder.
  • One fourth tbsp coriander powder.
  • One fourth tbsp garam masala powder.
  • Half tbsp chaat masala powder and salt to taste.
  • 2 - 3 spoon of oil. 

Preparing the paneer stuffing: 

  • Crumble the paneer.
  • Remove the water from paneer, Add half tbsp finely chopped ginger, Add 1 chopped green chili and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander.
  • Now add the spices, Masala and mix very well. 

Preparation of bread rolls: 

  • Gradually flatten the bread, Edges of bread can be used in mixer.
  • Take small quantity of the paneer stuffing and place it on a bread.
  • Brush little water on all edges of bread.
  • Gently cover the bread slices and put the edges in a rectangular roll.
  • Prepare rolls this way and place on a baking tray, lightly put some oil on rolls.

 Pan toasting: 

  • If don’t want to bake, Then brush 2 tbsp oil on a pan. Place the rolls and flame it to medium. Flip carefully on both sides. When both the sides are toasted well, then serve hot.
