One Pot Lemon Herb Chicken Rice

One Pot Lemon Herb Chicken Rice

Ingredients (For the chicken):

  • Four  boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • Two table spoons butter.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Two tea spoons Italian seasoning.


For the rice:

  • One cup uncooked rice (white or brown)
  • Two and half cups chicken broth (I used low sodium)
  • One  teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions:

  1. Thawlard over regular heat in a large skillet or pot (one that has a lid). Incantationgutless with salt and shake to taste, and Italian notice. Chocolategutless in the lard for 1-2 minutes on alllaterals. (Chicken shouldn't be heated through at this opinion) Transfer chicken to a plate.
  2. Add rice, chicken soup, lemon liquid and residual Italian zing to the pan (no need to clean it first). Place chicken on top, then shelter and seethe over medium-low warmth for 20-25 minutes until liquid is dissolved.
  3. Garnish with replacementthyme or cilantro if anticipated and lemon wedges for cuddling. Serve nearly.
