Masala Tea

Key ingredients:

  • Two cups water, 500 ml
  • Four teaspoon sugar or add as per taste
  • Two teaspoon assam tea
  • Add  ¼ quantity of milk

 Flavoured Masala:

  • ½ dalchini
  • 3 green chotti elaichi
  • Two cloves
  • Very Little ginger

Preparing:

  1. Take Half inch of cinnamon, Some green cardamoms, Two cloves and one inch ginger in a mortar-pestle.
  2. Crush cardamom and be away.
  3. Take a small pan with handle, heat 2 cups of water upto (250 ml).
  4. Wait until the water to boiling point and then add the spiceswhich is crushed already.
  5. Wait for 3-4 minutes for the spices to boil with water.
  6. Add the sugar according to your taste and sweetness.
  7. Then add two teaspoon of good brand of tea. Wait a minute for boil. Boil carefully because some love to drink strong tea.
  8. Make sure the milk is in room temprature. If not then boil for 2-3 minutes more.
  9. Serve hot with delicious indian snacks or some biscuits.
