  • One fourth cup maple syrup 
  • Two tablespoons soy sauce 
  • One clove garlic, minced 
  • One fourth teaspoon garlic salt 
  • One eighth teaspoon ground black pepper
  • One pound salmon



  1. In a lesser bowl, mix the maple molasses, soy pulp, ginger, garlic salt, and pepper.
