Curried Egg Salad Sandwich (2 servings):
•Eggs: 8 large ones
•Mayonnaise: 1/3 cup
•Curry powder: 1 tbsp.
•Fresh chives: chopped
•Black pepper and kosher salt: 4
•Sandwich Bread: 4 slices
•Lettuce: 4 leaves
Method of preparation:
•Take a saucepan and place the eggs in it with water. Let them boil.
•After they get hard boiled, remove them and let them cool off for 10 minutes.
•Peel the shell off and chop them coarsely.
•In a bowl add curry powder and mayonnaise.
•Add ½ tsp. salt and pepper to the eggs.
•Prepare a salad out of it.
