  • Half cup cooked whole-wheat spaghetti
  • One fourth cup part-skim ricotta
  • One or three cup prepared tomato sauce
  • Half tablespoon crushed red chili flakes
  • One Coleman Natural Mild Italian Chicken Sausage link, cooked
  • Two cups spinach

Syndicate pasta, ricotta, sauce, and chili flecks, and then beat sausage on top. Add spinach, and let fade.
