Hummus and Roasted Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:

  • One soft tortilla shell.
  • Handful of your favorite veggies.
  • Hummus.
  • One tablespoon olive oil.
  • 2 garlic clove(minced).
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Crumbled goat cheese.

Method:

  1. Bake veggies for round 20 minutes at 177 °C per the olive oil, garlic, saline, and scatter.
  2. Top your favored type of tortilla by way of hummus, add the roasted veggies and specific goat cheese. 
  3. Then bake for 10 minutes at 177 °C.
  4. Serve and share with friends.
