Soya Kebabs (4 servings):


  • Soya granules: 2 cups
  • Water for soaking soya granules
  • Vinegar: 2 tbsp.
  • Finley crumbled bread slices: 4
  • Salt: 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic paste: 2 tsp.
  • Crushed black pepper: ½ tsp.
  • Chopped onions: ¼
  • Green chilli powder: 2 tsp.
  • Red Chilli powder: 1 tsp.
  • Oil
  • Lemon wedges and onion rings for garnishing.

Method of preparation:

  • Combine every ingredient leaving the oil and the ingredients needed for garnishing.
  • Mould the mixture into flat circular shapes and let them refrigerate for an hour.
  • Now, heat a thin layer of oil in a pan. Add the shapes to the pan and let them turn brown on medium heat. Do this to both sides.
  • Serve them with lemon wedges and garnished onion rings. You can also serve them with green chutney.
