Grilled Tuna with Fresh Horseradish

Ingredients

  • Two (eight ounce) fresh tuna steaks.
  • One teaspoon vegetable oil. 
  • Two tablespoons soy sauce 
  • Two tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar. 
  • One tablespoon finely irritated raw horseradish origin, or more to palate.
  • Four cherry tomatoes, shared.
  • One tablespoon crushedolive onion.

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high hotness, and lightly oil the grate. Carelessly oil steaks with vegetable fat.
  2. Stir soy paste, rice vinegar, horseradish, cherry tomatoes, and hot chile paste in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Let sit for 20 minutes.
  4. Place steaks over hottest part of the grill and cook for 3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a plate. Spoon over soy sauce mixture over steaks and gravy with green onion.
