Grilled Chicken And Pineapple Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • one boneless, skinless chicken breast.
  • one table spoon Teriyaki sauce.
  • one slice Swiss cheese.
  • one slice pineapple (1/2" thick).
  • one whole-wheat kaiser roll.
  • Red onion, thinly sliced (to taste).
  • Pickled jalapeno slices (to taste).

Method:

  1. Steepcowardly in Teriyaki pulp in re-sealable bag in fridge. Grill chicken for four to five minutes, flip, and directly add the cheese to breast.
  2. Last cooking until the cheese is molten and the cowardly is lightly overcooked and textures firm to the trace.
    Remove, then set aside.
  3. While the chicken is resting, place the pineapple slices and rolls on the sandwich.
  4. Toast the rolls lightly, and cook the pineapple until it's soft and caramelized, about two minutes on each side.
  5. Top each roll with chicken, pineapple, onion, and jalapeno.
  6. Serve hot  with some sauces.
