Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon


  • Eight (four ounce) fillets salmon 
  • Half cup peanut oil 
  • Four tablespoons soy sauce 
  • Four tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • Four tablespoons green onions, chopped 
  • Three teaspoons brown sugar 
  • Two cloves garlic, minced 
  • One and half teaspoons ground ginger 
  • Two teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes 
  • One teaspoon sesame oil 
  • Half teaspoon salt


  1. Place salmon filets in a mediocre, nonporous schoonerplate.
