Egg roll recipe (4 servings):
•Salt: 1/4 tsp.
•Black pepper: ¼ tsp.
•White vinegar: ¼ tsp.
•Milk: 1 tbsp.
•Carrot (chopped): ½ cup
•Onion (chopped) ¼ cup
•Asparagus: ¼ cup
Method of preparation:
•Break open eggs in a bowl and add pepper, salt, milk and white vinegar to it. Stir it.
•Now pour this mixture in a strainer. Add a little black pepper to it.
•Put one 1 tbsp. coconut oil in a pan and let it simmer for a minute.
•Put all the vegetables in the pan and sauté them.
•Add salt and pepper to it.
•Let the vegetables be cooked until they soften.
•After that, let them cool.
•Mix all the vegetables with the egg mixture.
•Add 1 tbsp. coconut oil in a pan.
•Cook the egg mixture. Let it cook for which you have to monitor the sides of the mixture.
•Carefully roll the cooked mixture from the sides.
•You can make this dish cholesterol free as well. For that, you can leave the yellow part out before beating the eggs to avoid cholesterol.
•You can use olive oil instead of coconut oil.
