Ingredients:

  • Half skinless chicken breast.
  • One cup baby Portobello mushrooms, (sliced).
  • Onetablespoon chives.
  • Onetablespoon olive oil.
  • One medium sweet potato.

Method:

  1. In a 350°F tandoor, bake chicken, topped with swells, chives, and oil, for 15 minutes.
  2. Microwave sweet potato for five to seven minutes.
  3. Sugary potatoes need a lower glycemic index than white spuds do, so they're calmer on your blood honey and possibly your waist.
