Among the easy mushroom recipes, The Baby Corn Mushroom Masala is the easiest, most delicious and nutritious.

Baby Corn Mushroom Masala (4 servings):

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams halved mushrooms
  • 1onion
  • 3 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 capsicum
  • 100 gms of halved baby corns
  • ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Chopped coriander leaves

Method of preparation:

  • It is very easy to make the recipe. Follow the below steps:
  • Heat oil in the pan and fry onion till it becomes golden brown
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste and allow the paste to simmer for just 2 minutes.
  • Stir the paste with chopped green chillies
  • Add red chilli powder
  • Add tomatoes and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add salt to taste, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  • Then, add the capsicum, mushroom and baby corn
  • You need to stir for at least 5 minutes and wait till the content becomes tender.
  • After cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot, the easy mushroom recipe.
