  • Balanced diets: your diet should have a bit of everything. That means don’t go crazy with proteins just because you are into muscle training. Remember to eat fruits and vegetables too as they are source of minerals and vitamins very important to complete health. Similarly, complete abstinence from a certain ingredient from balanced diet for prolonged duration can have health implications. Moderation is the key, no matter what goal you are trying to achieve.
  • Adjust your diet to your routine: your diet should always be in accordance with kind of lifestyle you lead. This means no matter how much you like you cakes, sedentary lifestyle leaves very little room for such diet. Similarly if you happen to be on your feet for most part, you need the energy for it, despite the weight loss aim you have set for yourself.
