Marc Fitt Diet Plan

Meal 1: 60g of oats, 1 banana, 1 protein shake (30g), 8 egg whites, 2 multi-vitamin, vitamin b-100, 2 caps of test alpha 1, 2 omega-3 and 5 g of glutamine.
Meal 2: 1 protein shake (45g), 1 apple, 1 chicken breast and 10 almonds.
Meal 3: 2 multi-vitamin, 1 cup of green vegetables, 2 chicken breast and 2 omega-3.
Meal 4: Post workout meal (2-3 hours before I work out): 60g of oats w/ 15g of raw honey and 1 protein shake (30g).

Pre-workout shake:

  • 15g of bcaa (15 min before).
  • 1.5 scoop of preworkout “PreWod” (30 min before).

Post-workout shake:

  • 60g of dextrose (simple sugars).
  • 45g of whey isolate beyond yourself.
  • 5g of glutamine.
  • 5g of monohydrate creatine and 5g of bcaa.

Meal 7: 1 cup of green vegetables, 1.5 of chicken breast and 2 omega-3.
Meal 8: 4 egg whites, 5g of glutamine, 30g of casein protein and 3 caps of ZMA.
