Flex Wheeler Diet Plan

Flex pre-contest diet. It listed what he ate something like 8 weeks out, all the way up to the day of the contest. I remember reading it and looking at the list. It listed his diet as something like:

Breakfast: 12 egg whites
Snack: protein drink
Lunch: 2 chicken breasts

small salad, no dressing

Dinner: 2 chicken breasts OR
2 cans of tuna (plain)
2 tablespoons of flax oil
